      Welcome to the Costa del Sol Decorative and Fine Arts Society

The Costa del Sol Branch of NADFAS was founded over 23 years ago to further the enjoyment, knowledge and awareness of the Arts internationally and to stimulate interest in the preservation of our local heritage in Spain.  We are a member of the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies ( NADFAS ), in the UK. NADFAS has over 330 Societies throughout the UK and there are now 10 Societies within Mainland Europe, 31 in Australia and 4 in New Zealand. They represent a worldwide membership of nearly 100,000.
Here on the Costa we have a thriving Society of over 200 members representing 19 different nationalities. We hold monthly Lectures at the Salón Varičties, Fuengirola, from October through to May, covering a wide range of artistic, historic and cultural interests. These lectures are all given by experts form the UK and are in English.

We also arrange outings to various parts of Spain and abroad as well as holding Illustrated Talks, often given by local experts. Social functions are held each year:Christmas Lunch, End of Season Dinner, Arts and Crafts Day and Quiz Nights which give members an opportunity to meet socially.
